Return and Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to specify the reason.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

2. Indicare nell’oggetto: “Esercizio diritto di recesso – Ordine n. [numero ordine]”
3. Wait for confirmation via email with return instructions

Conditions for returns

Products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

• ✅ Essere nelle confezioni originali integre e sigillate
• ✅ Not have been opened or tampered with
• ✅ Essere accompagnati da scontrino/fattura
• ✅ Be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notification

⚠️ Restrictions on food products

For health and hygiene reasons, the following are NOT subject to return:

• ❌ Food products with opened packages or removed seals
• ❌ Perishable products with a close expiration date
• ❌ Products stored in unsuitable conditions after receipt

Shipping costs

Return shipping: At the customer's expense, except for defective or incorrect products.

Method: Use a traceable, insured courier. Granducato Collection assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping.

Reimbursement

Timeframe: The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned products.

Modalità: Il rimborso sarà effettuato sullo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l’acquisto originale.

Importo: Verrà rimborsato l’intero importo del prodotto, escluse le spese di spedizione originali (salvo recesso per prodotto difettoso o errato).

Defective or incorrect products

In case of receiving defective, damaged or different products from those ordered:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at allegratoscana@gmail.com
• Allega fotografie del prodotto e dell’imballaggio
• Provvederemo alla sostituzione o al rimborso completo entro 14 giorni

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned:

• Customized or made to order according to the customer's specific needs
• Perishables with a near expiration date (less than 30 days)
• Opened or tampered with after receipt
• Stored in conditions not compliant with the storage instructions
