The milling process takes place in a continuous cycle, always at cold temperatures, to best preserve the organoleptic and tasting characteristics of Italian extra virgin olive oil.

With a brilliant golden-green color, this oil has a herbaceous aroma, with a slight spicy note and a delicate artichoke aftertaste. 100% Tuscan, it represents the finest expression of our region's olive oil production.

Our Cultivars

Leccino

This cultivar ripens in a very short time, producing an oil with a fruity and intense flavor, with olive notes reminiscent of summer. With every sip, vegetable aromas emerge alongside a slight bitterness and spiciness, making it a truly unique oil.

Frantoiano

Recognized for its productivity and climatic resistance, this plant adapts to any condition, consistently producing high-quality oil. The color is intense green, the taste medium-intensity fruity, with vegetal notes of thistle and artichoke and a burst of fresh grass.

Moraiolo

It loves hilly terrain and is not afraid of challenges. Its small but powerful fruits yield an oil with an intense green color and a fruity taste with hints of leaf. Woody notes and a high polyphenol content make it a sought-after and healthy product.

Pendolino

As a reliable pollinator with high yield, it produces oil with a delicate flavor and a pleasant almond aroma, highly appreciated by those who prefer milder profiles.
