We use only natural, sun-ripened strawberries, boiled with a little sugar and no added preservatives. Our jam is 72% fruit, 47% total sugar, and minimal amounts of pectin and citric acid. With its authentic and delicious flavor, it's excellent for desserts or a healthy breakfast. The set includes 3 jams.
