Description

100% Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The highest expression of the oil-making art of the Arezzo hills

The production process in the mill takes place in a continuous cycle, always cold, to best preserve the organoleptic and tasting characteristics of Italian extra virgin olive oil.

With a bright golden-green color, this oil has a herbaceous aroma, a light spicy note, and a subtle artichoke aftertaste. 100% Tuscan, it represents the pinnacle of our region's olive oil production.

Our Cultivars

Leccino

This cultivar ripens very quickly, producing an oil with a fruity and intense flavor, with hints of olives reminiscent of summer. Every sip reveals vegetal aromas and a slight bitter and spicy note, making it a truly unique oil.

Frantoiano

Recognized for its productivity and climate resistance, this plant adapts to any condition, always producing a high-quality oil. Its color is intense green, and its flavor is medium-intensity fruity, with vegetal notes of thistle and artichoke and a burst of fresh grass.

Moraiolo

It loves hilly terrain and isn't afraid of challenges. Its small but powerful fruits produce an oil with a deep green color and a fruity flavor with hints of leaves. Woody notes and a high polyphenol content make it a sought-after and healthy product.

Pendolino

As a reliable and high-yielding pollinator, it gives an oil with a delicate flavor and a pleasant almond hint, much appreciated by those who love softer profiles.
