Returns & Refunds Policy – Granducato Collection (UK)

1. Right to Return / Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to return goods purchased online and receive a refund (the “right of withdrawal”). You must inform us within 30 days from the day the goods are delivered.

To exercise your right, please contact us using the email or address listed below and indicate your order number and intention to return the item(s).


2. Items Eligible for Return

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Any free gifts, promotional items, or items with hygiene seals must also be returned, unless the seal has been unbroken.

  • Certain items are excluded from return (for hygienic or safety reasons) — these will be clearly marked in the product listing and are non-returnable (e.g. food products, truffle-based items, perishable goods).

  • If you return non-returnable items, we may refuse the return or return them to you at your cost.


3. Return Process & Instructions

  1. Send us an email at support@granducatocollection.com (include your name, order number, and reason for return).

  2. We will send you a return shipping label or instructions.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely, including all components, manuals, and original packaging.

  4. Post the package within 14 days after you receive our return instructions.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • We offer free returns within the UK — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • If you choose to use your own courier or service, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

  • We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit if no tracking is used.


5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we aim to process refunds within 14 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, the refund will cover the price of the product(s). Shipping fees originally paid are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product).

  • You will be notified by email when the refund is processed.


6. Exchanges / Replacements

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first at support@granducatocollection.com. Depending on stock availability, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order, or we may send a replacement directly.


7. Exceptions & Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for replacement or full refund (including shipping).

  • Do not dispose of or discard the packaging or damaged goods — we may require proof (photos) for the claim.
